Windows 10 File Explorer Has no Refresh icon or right click option to refresh.
Now, SIMPLY JUST SIMPLY JUST SIMPLY JUST SIMPLY JUST SIMPLY JUST press SHIFT + F10 and then you get the old right click menu to see the option to refresh.

Anyone using windows is NGMI.

I am working with a pajeetress who has a lead role at our company but started after me. During our current integration of a new client, I am carrying the whole thing, because despite the fact she makes a shit load more money than me, she knows nothing about our system. She can hardly handle a video call, let alone explain our product.

I know I will not get the raise I asked for because although my manager acknowledges I deserve it, this top 5 tech company is low on funds. I will leave shortly after they reveal my unsatisfactory raise.

My company has requirements to put D.I.E into my goals and objectives for the year. I need to have milestones and actions to show how D.I.E I am. The company has goals to diversify and feminize the staff from Manager-1 all the way up to the C-suite. I am currently on a team led by women, and the project is almost 200% late, 150% over budget. I am so sick of all the happy/cheerleader/yes-persons that do NOTHING. These people don't care about finishing anything or making things actually work, so long as they can feel good about something (usually not work related). Almost every IT position has been outsourced to India, which basically means any stateside employee has to fix any problem themselves or just live with the problem.

Document how DIE has fucked their company, using specific examples, data points and numbers only, don't be "mean" or "racistsisms". While doing this, start looking around for another job.

When you have to show your actions/milestones, show them your very well-done document, when they throw a fit, leave. Just walk out, having already grabbed all of your shit and only have a couple of items left on your person.

Hopefully the new job isn't as pozzed.
