There's a frightening video that gives me a bad feeling about how they plan to enforce it. First by sneaking the bugs into processed food by not labeling it. Then criminalizing cows.
Particularly encouraging is that the bugs cost as much as meat, and sometimes more.
However, that means they'll need to subsidize it to make it cheaper. So bug-eaters will come at a net loss to the economy. The more they eat the more the burden is put on taxpayers/inflation.
Now that we know that they are so willing, all future foreign aid should consist of just feeding bugs to the niggers.

Edit: Now that I've had a chance to give it some more thought, I think we could create a closed loop system by feed the bugs on dead niggers, and then feeding the corpse-raised bugs back to the live niggers til they, in turn, die.
