Whats the best milk brand?

For me, it's Fairlife. Tastes soo good. It's like the champagne of milk. Kinda pricey though.

Also, what's the deal with raw milk? Is it really good? How does it taste compared to whole milk from the store?

Fairlife is as close to raw as you'll legally get without a coop membership.

Raw tastes great if it's real fresh, cold, and you can push off the concern about bacteria. It separates out quickly. So you have to shake it real good before each use. The cream that floats to the top makes the best coffee creamer.

You can get fresh raw milk at farmers markets. It's sold as pet food but it's definitely safe to drink, at least around here it is.

Raw milk is much more flavorful and clean tasting. Store milk has a cooked, homely background taste. Its like eating a raw carrot out of the garden or a cooked one. Big difference in flavor.
