This would make an interesting precedent in court. If the government is saying they don't qualify as guns for buy back then that's an interesting argument that the government is saying they aren't guns.

Time to print a whole lot of "not-guns"

Yeah but the illegitimate commie government can say or do anything without consequence because no one will stop them so...

Yea, but then since they're not guns you have no constitutional right to own them. Checkmate!

So, now, it's officially nothing but a virtue signal.

It was never anything but a virtue signal. Gun buybacks have never worked.

This might have just set a precedent making 3d printed items non firearms.

Well can't sell homemade firearms without a FFL, but totally legal to make and never register them and keep/carry them (in states other than LA and NY)

Memphis police had a problem with guns being 'lost' in evidence and then a few cops were busted for using them, as well as police body armor in a home invasion so your weapons may be a lot safer at home than locked up in a police vault.

Next they should ban 3D printed guns so that you know...no one will be able to get them! hahaha....
