Distillation removes the toxins. Trust the science.

True story:

Back around 2006 I was in college and had to go on a school trip to New Orleans. I drank water all night and my friends drank booze.

Guess who got CHOLERA? That's right, me. New Orleans was still wrecked from Katrina and apparently the drinking water served to me in a restaurant wasn't potable.

Should've drank the booze.

Live and learn!

I came out unscathed when I visited mexico, holy shit, over thirty years ago now. I knew better than to drink mexican water!

[ - ] Clubberlang 1 point 2.7 yearsAug 8, 2022 22:30:53 ago (+1/-0)

How'd it feel shittin out both ends?

[ - ] Jiggggg 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 9, 2022 01:27:58 ago (+0/-0)

Felt bad, man. It was like food poisoning, but much more intense. After dinner, we walked around downtown the rest of the night and my legs started hurting. The leg cramps got worse as the night went on. Then after I went to bed, I started having a stomach ache, and I went to the bathroom and honestly thought I had shit out part of my intestines. It didn't even look like shit. It was like this entirely foreign substance came out of me. You can look up pictures of cholera shit if you are curious. I didn't throw up, just had the worst shits of my entire life. Felt terrible the next few days but as I got clean fluids and salt in me, I got better.

0/5 shits, would not go to New Orleans again

[ - ] Hobama 1 point 2.7 yearsAug 9, 2022 04:02:46 ago (+1/-0)

Sounds about par for the course in nola. Are you sure it was cholera and not authentic apefrican-nogmerican cooking?

Scientists say that they could be linked to fertility problems, increased risk of cancer and developmental delays in children.

"You're experiencing fertility problems, health issues, and your children have developmental problems. And you say that all of these things happened after getting the Covid vaccine? Well, that can't be the cause. Tell me, do you live where it rains? Oh, well that's the reason right there."

[ - ] Clubberlang 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 8, 2022 22:30:10 ago (+0/-0)

Oyyyyyy Veyyyy goy! It is the rain water causing all this because to push the current narrtive of the climate hoax this has to be the problem!!

distillers dont remove petroleum products or anything else that boils at a lower temp than water.

[ - ] Robhere 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 10, 2022 17:33:26 ago (+0/-0)

the one I use states it this way: Removal of gases. Another aspect of the distillation process is the removal of volatile gases (VOCs) and any substance that vaporizes at a lower boiling point than water. It sounds weird, but these gases can pass over in the distillation process and contaminate the distilled water, and yet the distilled water remains very pure. These VOCs can add a bad taste to the water though. We have a patented twin volatile vent holes that release these gases and we also incorporate a carbon post-filter, which is extremely effective at removing these gases. Lower end distillers don’t necessarily do this and bottled distilled water (if it’s for irons and not drinking) may still contain these gases.

"Forever chemicals." Infantile wording to appeal to emotion.

Yet another claim of "urgent action" needed, while demanding people they hate pay for it.

"Fertility problems, increased risk of cancer, developmental issues."

You mean like the coronahoax non-vaccines, and young kids being unable to see people's faces (or other people in general) for almost TWO YEARS during early childhood?

Sounds like they not only want to shift the blame on to ANYTHING but their corona bullshit, but now they don't want you collecting rainwater because that would reduce your reliance on government. And they can't abide that.

Yeah I'm calling stupid ass bullshit right there. Not trusting any kind of "science" that sounds like it was written by a catlady with the mental development of a 4th grader.

it means there is nothing in nature breaks down the molecules sooner than 1000s of years. check out the dupont documentary called 'the devil we know'

At least acid rain is real and happens now and then. I wouldn't drink rain water in a Chinese city for example.

[ - ] BrokenVoat 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 9, 2022 03:18:57 ago (+0/-0)

Don't drink water from Nature you biggot. Trust your government to supply you with all water.
How else will the government be able ro kill you with "smart" water utilities (requires smart water app 3000 for use, login and add your fynny coins to get 5 minutes of running water from your cubicle tap).

[ - ] boekanier 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 9, 2022 00:23:43 ago (+0/-0)

This doesn't make sense. There are no pfas in rainwater. There may, however, be lots in the plastic runoff systems and containers.

This would never have been the case in a libertarian world, it could only occur in one where the government gets involved with the marketplace.

When you centralize power of any sort into a monopoly, you inevitably get the kind of practices that we see here.

The state only ever creates monopolies or oligopolies in cases where they want to maintain the illusion of choice, because the state is itself a monopoly.

That's why we must smash the state, and that means our first targets should be those who exercise the monopoly on force.

Yeah, far right wing ACAB. If the status quo is rotten, then those who prop it up are rotten as well, if only by the sole virtue of their roles.

[ - ] Spaceman84 [op] 9 points 2.7 yearsAug 8, 2022 17:32:19 ago (+9/-0)

Lolbertarians would be the worst polluters. Wtf are you smoking?

[ - ] localsal 2 points 2.7 yearsAug 8, 2022 19:44:26 ago (+2/-0)

I think freedom would be an eye-opener.

I laugh at every episode of "The Anarchists". For a group of people that are supposed to be for "personal freedom", they sure do like to set up a lot of rules. LOL. The latest episode talks about how the conference in 2019 hired a hollywood/dc "event organizer" - Jessica Kill - and she made rules of who can sell when and where, etc... LMAO.

Any system without regulations on the environment would lead to complete and utter devastation and destruction, along with unchecked pollution and contamination. Nobody would feel like their little bit of pollution was that bad, leading to everything becoming poison.

[ - ] Paradoxical003 -1 points 2.7 yearsAug 9, 2022 01:47:08 ago (+0/-1)

Okay, tell me the story.

We get a libertarian society and...

What happens?

[ - ] localsal 0 points 2.7 yearsAug 9, 2022 08:50:30 ago (+0/-0)

Same thing as with the anarchists - someone will have to make decisions, and only a small percentage of the people will agree those decisions, and groups will splinter and "countries" will form. Some monarchies, some democracies, some republics, etc.

Large groups of people cannot be given freedom - only small groups that can self-regulate. Large groups start to have this "nobody will know it's me" mentality and engage in destructive behaviors.

Look up the pics of the aftermath of the "environmentalist" gatherings - trash everywhere. LOL

[ - ] Paradoxical003 -2 points 2.7 yearsAug 9, 2022 01:52:21 ago (+0/-2)

Bullshit.

A libertarian society would have worse pollution soon after it was founded, but over time it will be far cleaner than anything we've ever seen in our society.

The way it works is that when government stops doing a thing that isn't essential, then it opens up a vacuum to be filled by the government's replacements created by private individuals.

These different alternatives will compete with each other and over time the result will be a society that minimizes ecological damage to a superior degree than any other country in the world.

The problem with people like you is that you fail to see the long term effects or think about the way individual decisions would impact the evolution of the society post liberation.
