That they are legally considered to be persons.

That is, the people running them are shielded from liability for their actions.

the "early life" section of Wikipedia of all their board members.

I don't think we should "end" corporations or the ability to join forces, appoint a board and aggregate resources to achieve a commercial goal.

What we need is a limit to, first, the number of locations that corporation can control and second, the types of businesses they can operate.

This allows for healthy competition and prevents them from getting too big or controlling entire markets.

IMO that's the issue. It's not that corporations are inherently a bad thing, its that they become so massive they drive away any ability for people to compete.

Hows about we hold the people at the top accountable for the shit they do? I'm talking jail time, actual fines that matter, and possibly dissolvement of the company.

Maybe just go back to normal businesses instead of governmentally protected corporations that have no laws they need heed, merely palms to grease.

Agreed. I don't have a problem with corporations, but I do have a problem with their lobbyists writing bills and paying off congressmen to pass them.

I have an easy solution that will create opportunity and competition. Make a max percentage of the gdp a corporation can be worth. So have a limiting factor on how powerfull they can become. When they go over it split them into 4 companies the strong will survive and thrive more completion better merchandise services etc. And we just created 4 wealthy people instead of one Zuckerberg

Why would we do that?

What do you mean by public corporations? Like, corps owned by the public?

You can't hang a fictitious person when they commit a crime.

Corporations allow jews to evade responsibility for their actions.

My best argument doesn't matter.
