Send an email to public affairs asking how to file a complaint concerning a police action that occurred the night before. Its best to do this on a Saturday or Sunday when piggy activity is at its weekly zenith. Inevitable they will respond asking your name, officer name and details. Respond that your lawyer has instructed you to hold off until they can obtain evidence and body cams because he told you if Internal affairs has a complaint they can refuse to release body cam video because "its under investigation". They will question every officer on watch the night in question and the entire department will be on edge.
