In the pictures and videos of the modern 3rd world you will notice those styrofoam food boxes littered everywhere. They are from foreign aid organizations passing out free food 24-7. If that aid were to suddenly stop 90% of the niggers would be dead in a weeks time, 98% in 2 weeks.
