I recall my son playing Civilization I waaay back in the day. I never played computer games, but he liked it a lot, 16 bit graphics and all.

Civilization 2 is by far the best iteration. I wish there was a version for Android.

I've been playing the same game of Civ5 for years. I officially lost many turns ago, but refused to admit defeat. I kept on playing, and stomped most of the "winning" civilizations into the dirt. All thanks to my patented method of taking over cities by blasting them with dozens of cruise missiles. Turns out it doesn't really matter how many wonders Ghandi built, because he will be wondering where the fuck I got all these cruise missiles from. The answer is, I saved up for them by starving my people.

Civ 6 is chock full of propaganda. Stick with civ 5 in case anyone was wondering

I've been playing Vox Populi/Community Mod -- actually last night I took another shot at it

My only complaint is it doesn't properly support gt 1080p resolution, however I have been using Lossless Scaling from Steam (there are free versions of this effect available, too, if you don't want to pay a few dollars)
