A couple decades ago, we lived in chinatown for a few years. You surmise correctly; the guy who was moving out as we were moving in [a 'friend' of ours, sort of] told us he had been robbed several times and it was not a safe area. So, I went out armed and looking for a fight all the time, pretty much the way I generally always did anyway, and got nothing but respectfully hateful glances from the chinky hooligans.

But everyone knew that those same tough streetslants did periodically kill people... it seems they had their reasons and they were never any bother to us all the years we were there. Aside from their disgustingly bad manners. But at their worst, at least they're not niggers.

It's cool how humans domesticated cats. Similar to dogs. Dogs helped people hunt and were obedient. Cats were probably just nice animals to have around, they ate mice, and provided companionship and a bit of extra warmth during those long nights thousands of years ago. I wonder what life was like in ancient Europe. Prehistoric Europe, Egypt. We really don't know.
