They fastened their seat belts a long time ago. They know what they're doing and they know it will piss people off. They are mass murders and it would be silly to think not one of millions would think to murder them back. They've already killed a lot of Shi Lankins with their economic policies. They've starved children. It doesn't phase them. They can't imagine that doing that would never generate a response at some point. Nothing anyone could do would be something they wouldn't expect.

These people have bunkers they can hide in for a hundred years if they had to and the connection and money to pay those in power to neutralize any threat quick enough that they don't have to.

For just four million dollars you could supply such a bunker and be living pretty nice if you really thought it through. That's pissing money for these people.
