Not OC spray, or if it was, way past expiration. If not past expiration, then a really weak CS variant.

Either way, the nigger just demonstrates how weak it is. Expired OC is nowhere near as bad as when it's at full potency, plus the lack of strong propellant only works in the nig's favor. And if it's CS, then it's even weaker because that shit wears off almost instantly. I know plenty of guys that would rather be CS'd a bunch of times than OC'd once, just because it takes longer to recover from.

OC can come from any kind of pepper, it's just an oil derivative. Percentage has very little to do with the quality of the spray. The base pepper quality is what matters. Hokey pepper spray companies can advertise like a 20% OC content and it'll be weaker than a brand that uses 10% of a higher quality base.

What you look for are the SHU measurements, or Scoville Heat Units, and the MC rating, or major capsaicinoids. The higher the SHU is, the higher the quality of the base OC component. The higher the MC rating, the more pain it produces.

Mace is a trademarked proprietary blend of OC and CS. It's often misused by people that don't know the difference, similar to calling any kind of dark soda "Coca Cola" or even just "Coke."
