I did some research before forming an opinion. The USDA is fining him/requiring him to sterilize his equipment because his milk killed two people. RebelNews didn't mention that part.

this is some rich bullshit. milk doesn't kill people. absolute worst case scenario, you get sick or diarrhea/food poisoning. and just 2 people? maybe we should make a vaccine

The Feds claim one died in Florida and another got sick from Listeria in California (unless you found something that another died somewhere). If his milk is tainted, one would presume more folks would get sick. Furthermore, regarding the death:
