In years past the left would do exactly what they accused the right of doing but they would be more subtle about it. I lived in two of the most democratic cities in the US and they were both corrupt as shit, all while I heard nothing but how republicans are corrupt. Now they are openly doing exactly what they accuse the right of doing (ie: calling the right violent while they are murdering people in the streets, calling the right pedophiles while fucking kids, etc)
