Yeah if i understand correctly the Township lost a high Court proceeding several years ago, to outright refuse niggers and coloureds but found a work around where potential candidate families are required to actually invest their own money into the township infrastructure and then yearly expenses services etc while also funding/ building their own homes etc after vetting.
No free rides, cash upfront and steady employment, seems an effective deterrent so far ...
