Australians sent to work in Antarctica have complained about a widespread and predatory culture of sexual harassment with unwelcome requests for sex, taunting, displays of offensive pornography and homophobia.
In Norse mythology, the Man in the Moon, named Máni, pulls the Moon across the sky. Whatever “he” is or wherever “he” came from, next time there is a full Moon in the sky, see if you can see the face of the Man in the Moon.
Looks like women are going to fuck up Antarctic research in the same way the fuck up the US military. Women think they "deserve" to have access to the same fields men have, forgetting that the point isn't social equality but mission readiness. They're simply not qualified because they can't keep up with men. The Antarctic is an unforgiving place, but women think the environment there will adapt to them just because they're "equal" to men.

That is one of the biggest reasons I voluntarily left the navy in the 90s without sticking it out until retirement. It disgusted me to see important positions of authority being filled with women. They always had a chip on their shoulders and expected accommodation and special treatment.
Affirmative action was another reason. I knew I wasn't going to be selected as E-7 because they were filling up those spots will extremely unqualified non-Whites. I was considered less valuable than a black women, who was ideal target.
I identify with the men at Antarctica because I went through some of the same shit myself decades ago.
I had the same experience in the Marines in the 70s. Incompetent, barely literate niggers getting promoted as soon as they had time in grade before qualified whites, that were then expected to monitor them so they didn't fuck things up.
There was a time honored tradition of the CPO initiation in the navy. There were some abuses, sure, but it was all for fun and no one had any hard feelings. They little ladies found it offended their delicate sensibilities, so some of them simply chose to the go through the initiation. They were referred to behind their backs as E-7, not as chief. Eventually they complained long and loud enough that it was first watered down, then banned entirely for a while.
I did a 6 month deployment on a carrier. I wonder if they still do the shellback initiation when crossing the equator? I'm guessing that's not a thing anymore.
Man, I hope not. Glad you went through the shellback initiation. It's brutal. I never got a chance to cross the equator. Closest I came was when my ship went to Honduras. I did become a bluenose, though, after going past the Arctic circle.
Australia In 1995, a notorious line-crossing ceremony took place on the Royal Australian Navy submarine HMAS Onslow. Sailors undergoing the ceremony were physically and verbally abused before being subjected to an act called "sump on the rump", where a dark liquid was daubed over each sailor's anus and genitalia. One sailor was then sexually assaulted with a long stick before all sailors undergoing the ceremony were forced to jump overboard and tread water until permitted to climb back aboard the submarine. A videotape of the ceremony was obtained by the Nine Network and aired on Australian television. The coverage provoked widespread criticism, especially when the videotape showed some of the submarine's officers watching the entire proceedings from the conning tower.[Library Service]
Good. They should be. Paul, you obviously never served in the Australia military. If you had, you'd know. Men who defend women in positions where they don't belong, whether it's female "scientists" in the Antarctic, or women in the military, are all pussies. So, "dear me", Paul, I think you know where you stand.
I've never known a woman to be competent in any job. Once this starts showing they find some way to distract the attention away from them by claiming they are harassed. You can be a nurse, business manager, actress or porn whore and they all have the same response when they fail.
and how the fuck do you fail at being a porn whore? Women find a way.
In some cases, improvised products were used when tampons were not available to them, or kept inside their bodies for longer than recommended because there were no appropriate facilities.
Women should not be soldiers or in any exploratory capacity on the frontier even the sciences. It is not unreasonable to assert that women do indeed have different capabilities, physical abilities, and sanitary requirements than men.
Men's skin is thicker, men have facial hair, men can urinate standing up. All pretty crucial sexual dimorphic adaptations when dealing with extreme weather conditions.
I remember that story when some thot complained that patrols in Iraq took to long and were sexist because there was not opportunity to stop and take a piss in the middle of a war zone, but men had the option to use bottles.
I hated pissing on patrol, would always get some on my hands and no way to wash them until we got back so eventually I started just holding my piss. Couod hold my piss for 12 hours if I had to. Helped that it was hot as fuck all the time so I would just sweat all my water out instead.

You can put a woman alone on the surface of the moon and she would complain that men are harassing her

So let's actually break these down.
1.In other words normal heterosexual male behavior regarding wanting sex.
2.Normal male interest in the visual sexual nature of women's bodies.
3. And normal healthy rejection of unsafe practices destructive practices.
So it's actually the WOMEN who are harassing THE MEN for being MEN.
It is the WOMEN who are at fault here.
It's like if Men demanded women stop having periods.
This is harassment OF MEN disguised as counter harassment.
