I don't know that anything happened, but that rumor was worldwide. It's not surprising when countries respond to correct rumors of dramatic events that affect perceptions of their reliability. When they don't, it makes you wonder.

Although, with the exception of some thing this extreme like a leader ship coop, I don’t disagree that events are rolling out like this all the time.
What I do know for sure is that this is a way of looking for information that is impossible to do reliably. Like even a little bit.
And it’s just guaranteed to exhaust anyone with rabbit trails.

Every country has spies in China. This sounds like something that would get out hard, rather than a 4chan rumor. Foxnews would be talking about this all day, and they’re not. There have been a few rumors about turnover in North Korea over the years, but it was never true.
