When something like this happens at Disneyland, they have a team that confiscates everyone's phones and they escort everyone into an "investigator" who showers them with gifts and threatens them not go to the media "until investigation is over" or they will face consequences including ban from the park. They also have contacts at newspapers to bury the stories. Has been happening like this since 80s.

I'm sure its not as easy now with everyone having a camera on them

How do you know this and why do you think its legitimate? Did the operator tell you this or the woman thats now brain dead? I can't imagine the operator would lie, and girl can't explain her story because she's a vegetable.

According to the Herald Sun, Ms Rodden was told by the ride operators she would have to wait 20 minutes for them to grab her phone which had fallen when she was on the ride herself.

The point being that you have no idea why she was on the tracks because the only person saying anything is the ride operator who would have every reason to lie. Why did the operator let her on the tracks? And if he didn't, why didn't he emergency stop the ride? Hmmmm. She can't tell her version because she is dead.

There are no witnesses that heard the ride operator tell her to wait. #1 Why would operator indicate the guest could retrieve her phone at a later time if guests aren't allowed on the track at any time. #2 Why would operator tell the truth if his fuck up led to her death?
