A few decades of being ruled by Europe will be good for Russia/Russians

Let's face it: Russia is a wreck. The Cold War was their "glory days," and they have failed to build both a communist government and a capitalist one throughout their run as the Soviet Union and their current oligarchy. They are brilliant strategists and psychological manipulators in some spheres, but lack a wholistic approach to building a functional society with any sort of reasonable public infrastructure. Maybe they drink too much? Maybe their hardline godlessness?

Whatever it is, they need some German or British engineering to pull them out of their current slide into a modern dark age. Maybe help them switch from liquor to beer? Maybe Hitler was right and Slavs are just a notch down and need some guidance? Regardless, after some corrective leadership, harnessing top tier Russian minds within a functioning society will make for the strongest European continent and spreading of white powers.

I don't like using the term White trash, but they have been left behind (obviously not Moscow or major cities, but only the rich have access to higher society). They need to be uplifted. I'm using the English and Germans based on past recent history, not because they are inherently better (they might have been before importing the sand folks), but because they still have a somewhat upwards trajectory if not neutral. The EU might have it's flaws, but at least some white countries tried to get their shit together while Russia just drank itself into corruption. They should have steamrolled Ukraine.
