seems like he should get workers comp now, not that that would make up for becoming a cripple

is there a precedent there? I know he cant sue the overlords/manufacturers, but in this situation it seems the employer should still be vulnerable. He was instructed to do it by a supervisor role, I presume. An action that could reasonably be considered risky and dangerous. "Inject this substance into your body".. Seems so cut and dry

I think I would rather hunt squirrels in a loin cloth than have a job and lay on my couch waiting for my heart to give out. But I am a selfish grandma murdering prick :)
