Any food that doesn't have ingredients. It's just, you know, food. Organic has 70% less Roundup cancer. Any organics certified by International Organic Certifiers that doesn't specifically state as product of USA isn't organic.

We can update the grocery shopping list as new knowledge is gained about the items we've got on it and the ones we don't have yet listed, but which we've encountered and looked into

We want to keep each other safe, and the best way is to keep each other informed.

Talking about the items which we know are bad to buy is useless for informing consumer activity, the best tool would be 5o list pir what is good to get, to the best of our current knowledge.

There are no foods like that. Look through an entire store, you won't find one item which isn't full of the junk you just described.

I can only offer hints, I'm not going to go out of my way and write a list, I already told you what to do, don't like it, oh well. Avoid added sugar and vegetable oils, sure it limits a lot of foods you can eat, but if you can read some labels, you'll be fine. As far as fats, mono-unsaturated and saturated fats are stable and generally healthier, poly-unsaturated fats like vegetable oils or cold climate fish, have oils that denature and oxidize faster and are generally less stable. Hemp seed has the ideal balance between saturated, mono, and poly un-saturated fats. Avocados have an excellent ratio of mono-unsaturated and saturated fats. Coconuts, most red meat, like pork, cow, game like deer, or most hoofed mammals.

You can whatever you like though.
