If I could tell anyone how to fight, this guy gets a lot right. Fucking move your head! Practice that. Don't let it be a stationary target. It's very hard for the average person to hit someone that just does that. Change levels, hold your head high then low. Feint to get them to react, then hit them. Aim for the midsection, then the head. Once this guy closed distance and grabbed the nigger (most can't wrestle), he wasted a lot of energy picking him up when he could have just stepped behind his legs(he actually was already there--just fall back and twist) and let his own weight and leg trip take him down. Also, you can lift them by grabbing them between the legs with your hands locked. This is extremely important. In fact, I was waiting for the three mystery niggers to appear to gang up on the white guy while he was mounted on the ground. I would categorize this generally under situational awareness. It's not typical, as least from what I've gathered, that blacks will engage in an 'honorable' fight. They like to initiate by sucker punching you, and they do this only when they have the confidence that they're 'rolling deep', and their friends are going to chimp out on you when they get the first opportunity.

It's a totally different ball game depending on your locale (are you in a tight, closed space) and whether you are surrounded by blacks. Best bet, just don't be in those kinds of situations to begin with. But if you must, fight to get out of them. That is, fight to escape. If you go to the ground in the wrong environment, you're just going to get your skull kicked in by six different feet.

They are pack animals. In that event, have a weapon.

I think the white guy in the OP was smart to take the nigger down in this case, since he could be reasonably assured of a one-on-one fight (again, I thought maybe there were initially some people off-camera, but there weren't).

I also think taking it to the ground is beneficial in one other regard: you never know if these fuckers have a weapon. If you want to end the fight quickly while reasonably guaranteeing they can't get to their pockets for a knife or something, arm control is far easier on the ground. Not to mention, if you've got full mount it will be easier to properly end the fight. Even professional fighters are done pretty quickly once they are mounted and take a rapid series of 12-to-6 blows to the head. It's not difficult to lights-out someone who has their spine pinned to the pavement. All of the torque will be absorbed in the neck will maximize the inertial moment on the brain. Night night.
