The use of milk predates the use of farming. This is dumb.

Milk drinking did start in Europe, and all the cows used were brown cow. When a mutant cow popped up which was black and white, it had bigger udders and produced more milk. It is the common milking cow variety ever since. But the milk was not the same as that from the brown cows. Milk allergies and sensitivity comes from the milk of black and white cattle milk. But recently, the milk from brown cows has been reintroduced. In stores, it is called A2 MILK. It stores much longer and has fewer allergens. It's the only milk for my family.

they were eating yoghurt in about 20,000 bc. obviously they were trying milk then, and probably before then, but couldn't tolerate it so turned it into yoghurt, but after enough trying they could eventually adapt to consume it. i doubt such a process would take longer than 1000 yrs. there's no way the real date is 7000bc, we were drinking milk well before then.
