After seeing this, I wanted to contrast it with an IT position's requirements. I went on Indeed. Holy smokes! IT positions requirements have plummeted compared to just two years ago. The requirements section used to be about ten obnoxious bullet points for simply a junior position. Now it is: Do you have a heartbeat? Have you ever heard of C++? I guess many are no longer working.
