Coal mines have showers and change rooms .. thus you arrive at work in everyday clothes then change into mine work wear before starting the shift, similarly when you knock off you are obliged to shower then change back into yr going home clothes before you leave the site .. that this bloke was unshowered and still wearing his PPE after hours and off site means the whole thing was scripted.

That was my first thought as well. Even at my dirtiest from landscaping, i wouldnt go out in public without washing up a bit. If you cant take 2 seconds to tidy up before taking your son out then youre either a mongoloid or doing it for attention.
