What does this have to do with Brooks running over a bunch of people and killing them? Apparently brooks was beating a girl in the car before the incident. So? It does not change the fact that he murdered a bunch of people with his car. That does not seem like a good defense strategy

Because contrary to what the media narrative is or what is commonly believed, the the real reason he sped through that crowd was that he was pissed at his GF. He is a racist, but his motivation for the incident wasn’t so much racial, but that he just had a fistfight with his GF in the car probably less than 5 minutes before the killings.
