People would call the cops if they saw something like that around here, but Id be surprised if the cops did anything; although they're trying to make some great show of how theyre ever so much more responsive to calls now. Pretty sure someone would end that shithead on sight well before any cops show up. Surprisingly I have not heard about anyone within a few miles getting killed yet today, but it might just be a slow day.
