People that size aren't driving or walking to town to get their food, the people that enable them to get that big should be held responsible. But no, they expect the 'system' to spend $$ to accommodate them.
I'm usually against forcing people to do things involuntarily for the their health cuz obviously that's a huge slippery slope as we know from the vaccines and just common sense. But if a person is going to use health facilities and cost the health system so much money and they themselves are not paying for it then I think they ought to be offered a forced trade off that either they agreed to get locked away in a facility that will Dole out 500 calories or less a day to them and they will have no way to eat anything more until they get down to a reasonable way or the system no longer helps pay for all their health care.
