You must register everywhere first so that you can be identified and silenced(first online, then depending on intensity, IRL).
The rabid shitposter knows this and they know he knows this. He has reasons not to want to be identified, his ideas are not popular.
By suppressing anonymous(or semi-anon), the average idealist is effectively censored, and likely to censor themselves.

This is because of one simple truth.
