We caught 2 of them on a charter once, decided to keep them as a gift to the "locals". We brought em up up, stabbed the shit out of their cranial space, gutted em and dragged em by the tail for over 2 hours. Even by then these fkn sharks were flailing around as if nothing had happened to them.
The local guys dragged them up the beach and wailed on em with 2x4s for 20 minutes before they finally died.
