I want context on this before I pass judgement, but from the way that guy took those rounds I'd say he almost had to be on SOMETHING.

Cop clearly didn't want to shoot him, but he's also fat. Those two things balance each other out making the cop neutral as of now.

This from a few years back. apparently, the dude lost it and went postal had already stabbed someone after some dispute in a car park, he took off from that and had just wrecked his car or something and was goofing off with those sticks at passing vehicles and this lard ass cop turned up and this is what transpired (btw iirc he was a joo - kek)
