A modified version, yes. If you mean "pure logical, emotionless Stoicism", then no. If you mean "aligning your value system based on Stoic principles" and then using the female emotional system to react towards the "right" values and against the "wrong" values, then yes, it's possible.

Not really a lot to add here other than my experience accords with yours. The females in my family learn with the males. They understand and are able to offer discourse on the principles and that doesn't stop them from being women.

Hence why I said "modified". One does not have to be emotionless when acting in a Stoic manner. Righteous indignation is a thing that a Stoic would understand and agree with, provided it falls into a category outside "fits of rage."

One can feel anger, provided the anger does not control the actions. I just dont like Stopicism being portrayed as some emotionless pacifist philosophy

No. The female of the species is interested in only one thing - creature comforts i.e. to be safe, secure and very well fed. She will not be stoic and "stand by her man" if an essential element of her needs is missing...she will simply find another man she thinks can supply it.

Some women are. Some men arent. It depends on what you mean by stoic I suppose. Both male and female hormones can control emotions and cause people to behave impulsively, but in different ways.
