Child trafficking is the instrument for their support. They set em up, blackmail them, and now they're in the 'club' whether they like it or not.

For me it was learning about Children's Aid Society and the Orphan train. From 1854 to 1929 250,000 children were placed on trains supposedly to be adopted to rural American families, many where never heard from again. It came to an end in 1930, due to the depression creating a decreased demand for farm labor.
