I think the government should help him acquire other technologies to help him make it perfect

Might as well give him a working aircraft at that point if "the problems are about flying and landing the aircraft."

His first and biggest problem is that it can’t get off the ground. Flying and landing are fantasy issues if it just sits on the ground shaking and smoking. I’ll give the nigger points for ambition. He’s probably got the biggest motor to ‘do something’ than anyone else in Uganda. He should have spent his time on figuring out how to build a roof out of sticks that won’t leak, and shared this science with his people.

He has to fight off all the other niggers who want to steal everything, including the sticks. I suppose making something like a "helicopter" makes the parts a bit more confusing for the other niggers to steal.

It's one of the main reasons, before we gave them free food, that farming is a losing proposition in Apefrica; even if he can keep the other niggers from stealing from the "genius" farming nigger, his own family will continually demand free shit until he is once again left with nothing.

It's actually a grift. A lot of African "governments" give grants to magical engineering niggers so they get it in their head that they can get money by fucking around with shit like this. The community their in always thinks it's an honest effort, cause niggers, but it rarely is.
