I'm going one month without eating goy slop and everyone should too. I'm cooking all natural food and you should too. Make no slop January the new no nut November and piss off the Jew's.
I like to bake a bunch of organic chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) in a pyrex dish. Let cool, drain the liquid. Chop the chicken into slices. Leave the pyrex in the fridge covered in foil. Heat a portion of chicken with steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) for dinner nightly. Serve with rice, top with teriyaki, alfredo, or marinara (mixed with a little heavy cream and hot sauce). Simple and clean. One batch of chicken often gets me from Sunday to Thursday for dinner during the work week.
Check the options at costco. You’d be surpirised how few the ingredients are. Firstly, I think fermented soy in teriyaki isn’t too bad. 3 quarts of soy milk per day is not the same as 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over some broccoli and baked chicken to help bring in the macros.
Organic marinara imported from Italy is excellent, only a few ingredients - namely Italian whole peeled tomatoes, olive oil, onions, salt, garlic, basil, black pepper, oregano.
The alfredo is: vegetable stock, cream, buttermilk, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, canola oil (A shit ingredient, but minor), rice starch, garlic, sea salt, onion powder, citric acid, xanthan gum, spice.
This isn’t the ragu goyslop from target or walmart you might be thinking of. If I’m not mistaken cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower actually reduce estrogen. This regimen has been great for muscle development this year, no man boobs here lol.
I'm making a trip soon for dog food anyways, I'll have to look into it. Making your own can sometimes take way too much time.

It isn't, specifically the fermented aspect seems to take out a lot of the negatives of soy. It's why soy-sauce (the proper fermented kind) isn't like soy milk or additive soy we see in all processed products.

I removed all seed/canola/soy oils from my house. I now make my own dressing(it's great actually) and have been looking into more natural alternatives to my favorite sauces. Hence why I warned about the ingredients lists, some people don't bother to find the non-soyjacked stuff and just get the sugar-sauce-by-another-name.
And so thank you, I've 3 new sauce sources to check next costco trip.
