Perception IS reality to the observer. Interactions with the observer can change their reality by modifying their perception, but at the end of the day, reality is merely an individual's idea. A group of people can choose to accept certain sets of truths, which constrains their perception and therefore their realities are similar (and they will insist that reality is infallible), but that doesn't make any "reality" real. Nothing exists until it is observed, and when there is no observation nothing becomes everything. null=infinity. So in essence there IS no reality.

By claiming something is not "reality", you are only disagreeing with a different observer.
