How does Maxwell's demon control the partition without expending any energy?

K so I am to believe Maxells demon uses ONLY information to sort the molecules? I guess this is some kind of magic partition that can open and close without expending energy? I don't see how this reverses entropy at all.

This is some low IQ shit in my opinion.

Their claim of no energy used is a logical fallacy since not only does the molecule separating screen not exist nobody knows how much power it would take to run real time molecule interception using a magic screen. Obviously power will be used entropy is maintained.

Normies are incapable of basic understanding, the fact that this is a thought experiment doesn't deter them from thinking this is how our universe works.

It is magic, thats why a "demon" is used.
Its like every other science where they readily confess that the model does not match observable reality. I like thought experiments but I get hung up on the same things.

It's like they forgot to extrapolate findings and just cashed the checks.
