None of them have a Phd. so none of them are scientists. A masters is a practitioners degree. To demonstrate the difference look at the difference in vaccine hesitancy between those the Phd's and those with masters. Phd's were one if the most vaccine hesitant cohorts while those with masters were pretty much the least.

Having a masters degree means you were basically trained to trust the experts, which is not the general condition of being a scientist.
