This is me, my doctor convinced me to get a flu shot for the first time in my life, got the flu about a month later.
Same thing happened the next year, then the year after that.
Remembered I didn't get teh flu when I didn't get flu shots. Haven't had the flu since.

It was back when the swine flu was a thing. All I know is I was sick. As fuck and have never been that sick since or before.
