I have mud volcanoes in my yard. East Texas, there is a small creek at the corner of my yard. During the rainy periods the volcanoes pop up. I recently moved here and took a while to figure out that they were crawfish. Sometimes I'll find their exoskeletons when they moult.

If you go out at night at those times you can catch them wandering around.

Well now I feel bad I'm comfy in my bed. But now I'm hankering for some of that rice that got covered in mud!
