Apostrophes are hard. Luckily in computer programming we learned how to use alternating single and double apostrophes to make maintenance reading easier (still shit programmers fuck this up).
I like the idea of hiring their own to police their own communities. That way when their own cops kick the shit out of them for no reason then they will see. White cops should never go into black neighborhoods, let them deal with it on their own.

Back in the 90s there was a news story where they interviewed a White guy who tried to apply for the RCMP in Canada.
The guy said that he went into the recruitment office. Recruiter told him that he probably wouldn't be accepted. Guy asks why. Recruiter points at a poster and says, "because you don't look like any of them".
It made the 6 o'clock news, because this was before they were ordered not to talk about this kind of thing.
The point is that this is nothing new. It's been happening for decades.
Back in 1992 I applied for the NC Highway Patrol after 13 years in the US Army Special Forces. At the interview, the NCHP captain told me that, just between us, he would love to hire me, that I was just the kinda guy they were looking for and in years past he would have.
"But I'm going to be honest with you. I can't hire you until I've hired at least four black females first."
And that was back in 1992. It's only gotten worse since then.
