Ever found a historically knowledgeable Hitler supporters direct response to that claim?

It’s been a while so I can’t remember what it was now but I heard a fairly knowledgeable NatSoc on TRS address that one a few years back.
I think it was Warren Baylog. I didn’t deep dive it either way, but wasn’t some convoluted fanboy stuff.
