"Civilization" is essentially a control mechanism for the masses. Whites have been bred to be gullible and compliant, and to 'pay your taxes'. I'm on the fence with that. Their "fails" could be successes if their goals are different than we imagine them to be. Suppose they really are wanting to remove the excess population. Chaos and disorder would be ideal. Same with their 'wars' against each other, where they totally fail to kill the opposing decision centers. Instead, they grind their armies taken from the population against each other.

None of what the do requires more than midwit intelligence. Once you own all the banks everything else is easy. There's nothing subtle or clever to what they do. If you suggest they might be vicious and tyrannical, they crush you in the most vicious and tyrannical ways possible. Buying up every politician and media outlet then forcing them to openly declare their allegiance isn't smart, but it's effective enough.
