Cook everything you buy (to denature/destroy foreign inclusions), avoid processed foods & sauces, grow/raise whatever food you intend to eat raw. I don't think you have to worry quite yet as ingested vaccine tech. hasn't been perfected so far as we know (the idea is coated particles which when released stick into G.I. tract walls where they'll release their payload).

Milk you may be able to get directly from a farmer if you live in the sticks (or get a dairy cow if you have the means & time), and you can learn to make your own cheese & butter from it fairly easily. Most store bought ketchup is gross anyways with too much sugar; grow tomatoes and make your own. I don't know if citrus fruits would be viable host environments (fairly acidic), but you can grow small lemon trees indoors. Fruit isn't strictly necessary though — you can get the same nutrients from vegetables.

It is a chilling prospect... It can be safely assumed they are working aggressively on this tech; I imagine the main problem is vaccine stability in variable temperatures (mRNA in particular is highly unstable without very cold refrigeration).

They give away their software to people for free now. They sell games and xbox but they didn't make any money on xbox for a long time... not sure if they do now.
