Do a quick search for the words shannon and jewish together and you'll find plenty of links of women with the first name Shannon either being jews or doing jewish things.

Your complaint makes no sense considering that millions of jewish have german-sounding names. You're saying that if a name was originally belonging to another race or tribe, that the jews can't take the name for themselves?

Could you be any more retarded? You could put just about any name common in the western world + jewish and get back thousands of jews. Shannon isn't any more "typical" of a jewish name as Bill, Jennifer etc.
