Wow, that's a shitty false equivalency. Of course the leaders of most institutions are under the control of an interconnected group of mostly jewish and crypto-jewish (marxist, jesuit, satanist, etc.) kabbala cultists. That doesn't mean 100% of what they tell any movement is a lie. Take Ayn Rand for example - said some true things about how your system should reward productive people who contribute to each other's wellbeing rather than parasites, and attached a clause about not passing on your genes because it will take away from the time you could be spending working. Obviously, science says passing on your genes is good for their survival and therefore something you should do, so she tricked valuable people into hurting the survival of their own genes by telling a half truth to trick them into a lie.

Just because heliocentrism has a lot more evidence for it than any other cosmological model doesn't mean they're telling us the truth about space. They could be using the truth of heliocentrism to gaslight people into believing that jews aren't alien parasites, or hiding Nazi secrets, or a number of other things.
