Crime Problem.

A detective enters an obvious murder scene. After deliberating for an extraordinary amount of time, he slowly declares, "I think...we have...a crime problem." Then he looks into the camera and the into credits are played.

The obvious murder is solved and the obvious bad guy is arrested, although our detective treats it as a real mystery throughout. Once the crime is solved, he rubs his hands together and says, "That's the end of that crime problem". Credits roll.
