I'm surprised someone is telling us about how they are raising chickens. I used to do this, for several years. The eggs were tasted great, but they weren't really any cheaper. Especially considering the hassle. But if your one of those people hats off to you, and I will buy your eggs even if you price them high.

Maybe we can arrange a trade for my cabbages and potatoes.

Sooner or later some law will get passed owning chickens to be illegal to "protect" the egg industry. Don't put nothing past these fuckers.

It'll start with registering backyard farms, or flocks over a certain size (more than 2, or 3, or 5 chickens).
or registering and reporting the animals to the IRS for "capital gains" or some stupid shit.

Thats how it starts.

Good point. I hadn't thought of that. I am sure some faggot is working on that right now.

Interstate commerce law. If you own a farm, raise cattle, and use that farm to feed your cattle without paying for it, they'll get ya. Eggs, and all produce, fall under the same laws. Yes, even the shit you grow in your back yard.

Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service also blames Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza – a new strain of bird flu – for the price increases, claiming the disease necessitated the slaughter of 43 million egg-laying hens in 2022 alone. Farmers are strongly encouraged to destroy their entire flocks upon mere suspicion of exposure to the virus.

Yet this didn't affect any chicken just across the border where eggs are still incredibly cheap? Do the kikes writing these articles assume that all readers are truly this stupid or do they know they are?

they know they are

They assume, putting forth that they are stupid, and people fall for it. A propaganda method is to assume something is true while only obliquely mentioning it. It get's into the reader's mind, if they aren't paying attention, after many repetitions, and they then later recall it as true.

a bargain at twice the price, as long as one isn’t caught.

And they said the Russians were bots.

But no worries about illegal invaders, just eggs.
