I lived there for a number of years. That is a lot of money. You would still need to rent an apt and rent would probably be 2.5k on the low side. Yes, there are a low of Jews and black people, you would need to hide your power at all times. There are also a lot of white people. Lots a pussy too if you are looking for it. Most isn't worth keeping around though. Bonus, the natives from Staten island are racist as fuck and you can hang out with bigguyfromqueens. I had some good Italian friends that were pretty brutal. Good fellas.

Depends on what you mean by 'live'. I've had addresses and houses in useful locations, while spending my day to day elsewhere. I'd accept a million cash to maintain a credible living space in NYC. But not if taxes or government interaction were required.
