Yeah this is a terrible setup. Ehhh, I wear the tight leggings (I try to go for thicker ones but I'm on a low budget 95%+ in all price ranges are super thin fabric), they are more comfy than trackies for working out. But I also wear a long baggy T-shirt to cover my arse. I don't get why chicks want to wear a sports bra with nothing over it AND leggings or skin tight shorts that bearly cover their arse.

Leggings are nice to keep your joints warm when doing squats. They have their uses and they can be worn in a decent way (with a t-shirt, or not skin tight, etc). I usually go at quiet times and there are none but when I do go during peak there is usually 1-3.
